Will Patriotic American’s Wait For Health Care

After watching the big, fat, dissheveled slob, Michael Moore, on the

television Saturday, I had to take a walk to get him out of my system.
It’s beyond me why anybody listens to what this buffoon has to say…
but he’s actually held in high regard, in some circles.

Whenever he’s on the telly, I imagine I am the late Hunter S. Thompson
…and sitting right next to me, on the coffee table, are half a dozen loaded
.44 magnum pistols. I can pick any make or model, and then blow the 
screen to smithereens. What a feeling of satisfaction!

Saturday, Moore was pontificating as only he can, with host Bill Maher
agreeing with everything he said, and egging him on. The trouble is that
Moore wouldn’t know the truth if it him over the head with a cast iron 
skillet. First, he was a tax and finance expert…then, he moved on to health
care.

Most people don’t know that Michael Moore is a very rich guy. His net
worth is estimated at well over $100 million dollars. At the same time 
he criticizes corporate America, he himself is heavily invested in the 
stock market. This is a fact that he gone to great lengths to hide, and
whenever he’s asked about it, he dodges the questions like a ballerina.
Like Warren Buffett, he talks a good game, while using every tax
loophole he can to put more money in his own pocket. 

What irritated me most was Moore’s statement that "patriotic Americans"
would wait…or gladly stand in line for healthcare. Yeah. That’s what I need…
This genius telling ME what a "patriotic" American will do. (How would HE know?)

   
    Let me tell you one thing: Michael Moore himself would not be one of them.

He’d be on a "corporate jet," heading for wherever he could be first in line,
just like all the Democrats in the House and Senate who…exempted…themselves
from Obamacare.

Here’s my solution. First, repeal Obamacare. Secondly, pass a flat tax
of 17% with no exemptions for anyone. If you are an adult and pay taxes,
you get healthcare. If you don’t pay any taxes, you don’t get squadoosh.
(Well, except for bona fide emergency care, like we have now…that’s just humane.)
And as a special law, we pass what I would call the Michael Moore tax.
If you are one step away from a massive heart attack, like he is, you 
pay 34%, and consider it your "patriotic duty." 

A while back, I wrote a column called, "Would You Take Diet Advice From
A Fat Nutritionist?" The answer was…NO. The same thing applies here. 
People who have one fat leg in the coffin don’t get to lecture anyone else
on health care…period.


One other thing. Everything Fatso has said about the healthcare systems 
of other countries that he admires, like Cuba, Venezuela, Canada and 
Great Britain, has been repudiated by independent studies. In Great Britain,
and Canada, for instance, you don’t want to get cancer, because you’ll 
wait so long for treatment that the cancer cannot be controlled, when they
finally get around to it. Why do you think Canadians by the tens of thousands 
come to the U. S. for treatment? 

It’s good to know that Michael Moore is just like Obama, a "Warrior for the 
Middle Class." But when you have a net worth of over $100 million, you’re
not really Middle Class anymore…are you?
