What To Do About Children Of Priveledge

some young people, to try and get their pathetic ratings to register on
the charts. They can take some solace from the fact that they are ahead
of Fat Al’s Current TV, but other than that, they are destined for the same
graveyard as Air America, the dearly departed liberal radio network.
The two people MSNBC went out and hired were Chelsea Clinton and
Meghan McCain. Chelsea is the spawn of Billy Jaye and Hillary and
Meghan was somehow synthesized by John and Cindy McCain. So far,
I haven’t heard any analysis by Chelsea Clinton that I can fault. That’s
because I don’t think she has made her network debut. Meghan McCain,
on the other hand, has been yapping it up since 2008, both on her blog
and on television and radio.
Her blog is singularly awful and her appearances on radio and television
certainly haven’t yielded an iota of intelligent discourse. She is a complainer,
pure and simple, and she likes needling Republicans, because they are not
quite as "enlightened" as she is. In the simple translation, when a Republican
becomes "enlightened," it usually means they are really a Democrat.
Chelsea Clinton won’t have to play this game, because she has been
indoctrinated with liberalism, since birth, and also married into the party.
She will also have impeccable sources for a good long time and Mom
and Dad will be heavily invested in her success. It’s a good career move
to start at the top of the heap and then, transcend even bigger mountains.
Except for one thing.
Nobody in the game really takes a shine to a legacy, unless they can prove
themselves, beyond a shadow of doubt. Meghan McCain won’t be around long,
probably disappearing when Pops retires in a few years, or before. Criticizing
your father’s contemporaries doesn’t win you many friends and piles up the
enemies.
Chelsea will probably last longer, before she opts to run one of the Clinton
foundations (which is where Billy Jaye stashes his large deposits of cash).
What we should do is this: Don’t pay them no nevermind.
Once, when traveling through Tennessee, I stopped at a country store.
I saw saw two guys fighting on the side of the store. There was an oldtimer
sitting on the stairs and I asked him what was going on.
"Ah…" he said, "Ah don’t pay pay them no nevermind."
Good advice.
One piece of advice for Meghan McCain, though. She really should get my
E-book on fat loss, my "Number One Fat Loss Secret." She certainly looks
like she hasn’t missed any of those notorious Happy Hour Buffets, in the
District, lately.
And Chelsea could send a copy to Mom.
