Sex and Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil

For a couple of months, I have been writing about the benefits of taking an ultra pure pharmaceutical grade fish oil.

But today, I’m going to tell you something about ultra pure pharmaceutical grade fish oil that nobody is talking about. It falls under the category of “No Sex Please, We’re British,” which was the name of a West End (London) and Broadway show.

Omega-3 fatty acids are loved by your heart, and they fight many things that ail you. But there is also a benefit that almost nobody talks about, and I mean almost nobody.

Fish oil is good for your sex life.

There…I said it.

Taking fish oil increases dopamine levels.

What does that mean?

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter, which is released in the brain, when we experience pleasure, and especially sexual pleasure. More fish oil means more “in the mood” moments.

A woman named Marina Lindberg has written a book called “The Orgasmic Diet” and some of the things in it, she discovered by accident. (Believe it or not, many important discoveries happened by accident, or as a side effect of doing another procedure, or protocol).

Miz Lindberg took a high dose of fish oil during her pregnancy to promote her baby’s brain health. What she found out was that it also affected her libido. The more fish oil she took, the more active her libido became.

At first, she chalked this up to other factors (It just couldn’t be!)

But she continued tinkering with her diet and fish oil consumption, and even brought in international sexual health experts.

She then decided that fish oil was a golden ticket to better sex, more often (And who wouldn’t want that?).

Since she published her book last year, hundreds of women have written in professing miracles between the sheets.

Her instructions are simple:

1. Take a high dose of ultra pure pharmaceutical grade fish oil.

2. Eat a diet that is 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30%fat, and cut out all caffeine, and trans fats (I recommend all high fructose corn syrup too).

3. Indulge in small amounts of dark chocolate.

4. Engage in sexual muscle toning, twice a week.

And if you’re a vegetarian, or vegan, you won’t want to hear this. Miz Lindberg says that a diet of this sort is setting you up for failure in the bedroom.

The same things results from low fat diets.

The reason is that these diets result in an extremely low level of dopamine, which is necessary for a good sex life.

(I’m setting up shields around my desk right now, because some people might consider this heresy.)

But it does explain those nuts from PETA.

Miz Lindberg goes on to say that the only way to get the correct amount of omega-3 fatty acids is by taking a high dose of an ultra pure supplement, such as my Dr. Bill’s Powerhouse Omega Formula.

And she says if you’re not taking it, your sexual satisfaction level is not where it should be.

Miz Lindberg’s diet is not a scientific study, although she has now attracted the interest of many who want to do so, including the Feds.

My feeling is this:

Not one thing that she recommends is bad for you.

We know that taking pharmaceutical grade fish oil is good for many parts of the body, including the heart, brain, and joints.

Following her diet recommendations is close to what I say all the time.

Indulging in a small amount of dark chocolate won’t hurt anyone.

And toning your sex muscles can only be good for them and other muscle groups.

The side effects could be tremendous.
