Obama And The Democrats Wink At Anti-Semitism

Posted: October 19th, 2011 | Author: Dr. Bill Stillwell | No Comments »

When Fat Al Gore invented the internet, way back when,
he never envisioned that people would be able to monitor
events, as they unfolded in real time. That means, for
instance, that when the Obamedia tell us that the Occupy
Wall Street protestors are just like the Tea Party, we can
fire up our own personal Google Machine and see what a
crock they are trying to sell us.

If you wanted to know when Obama was going to start his
re-election campaign, you now know that it started on the same
day that the protesters in New York gathered in the park. This
is exactly what Obama wants and it should be clear to all, that
the man who promised to bring American together, the man the
media hailed as a new prophet, all but annointing him as a saint,
is an utter fraud.

He is what many called him in 2008: a racist, rabble rousing Marxist,
with no leadership skills, who would ruin the economy, and set class
against class, religion against religion, all while playing the victim of
a rich Republican conspiracy.

It is very interesting to note the high degree of anti-semitism in the
stinking ranks of the degenerate Occupy Wall Street crowd. Not a
word of this being breathed in the mainstream media. Anti-semitic signs
and slogans are commonplace and the illiterate crowds are eager to
spout the things that were muttered in Europe, in the 1930′s and 40′s.

"Run the Jews out of the country!"

"Who holds all the wealth? The Jews!"

Who supports these folks, who apparently don’t know which way is up?

Why…President Obama.

Nancy Pelosi. Steny Hoyer. George (Nazi sympathizer) Soros.
The trade unions (who are paying protestors $600 a week).
The old ACORN crowd. The usual suspects.

The President ought to be ashamed of this conduct… but he isn’t.
The current Democratic Party leaders (Pelosi, Hoyer, Reid), ought
to be ashamed… but they aren’t.

The media ought to be ashamed, but they’re not. Look at how they
are treating Herman Cain. All the big bad white media is telling Cain
how he should behave now, and more incredibly, how he should have
behaved in the past.

This conduct is deplorable. And this is just the beginning.

The time to send the President and his allies a message is now:

Stop the hate!

Two Good Messages From The Left Coast

Posted: October 18th, 2011 | Author: Dr. Bill Stillwell | No Comments »

Our old friend Billy Jaye was out in Hollyweird this weekend,
attending his 65th birthday bash, and having Lagy Gaga goo goo
all over him, while Hillary sat by, trying to push the corners of
her mouth into a gee whiz smile. You know old Billy Jaye was
wishing Hillary would vamoose his immediate area, so he could
get up close and personal with some of his adoring female fans,
the Gaga among them.

Only the miracle of Revlon could make Gaga Marilyn Monroe,
though it has to be said that she is a better singer than the
original blonde bombshell, if singing is important, when trying
to seduce the former President.

But enough about Gaga and on to Clinton’s important message,
which he delivered earlier in the week. After Billy Jaye left office,
which seems like so long ago now, he developed heart problems.
He has had three procedures and he continued to have very high
cholesterol, even when he made his first attempts at losing weight.

Some time last year, on the advice of his cardiologist, Billy Jaye
adopted a semi-vegan diet and it is easy to see that he has lost
weight and he looks good. His cardiologist told him that he was a
member of a small group of men, who manufacture cholesterol like
the Chinese spit out cheap goods. For Billy Jaye, this approach
works.

Clinton has now started telling Baby Boomers to "get in shape."
This has an impact, particularly among men, because they know
Clinton was a voracious eater. When he campaigned for President,
he astounded his staff, with both how much he could eat and how
many times. After being elected, he often ate at state dinners… and
then, went out to eat, like the first meal was just an appetizer.

I give him kudos for telling his fellow Boomers to get off the couch
and get in shape.

The second message coming from Hollyweird came from Robert
Downey Jr., a brilliant actor, who had severe drug and alcohol issues,
for at least two decades.

Downey, now sober for years, credits his sobriety to Hollyweird
pariah Mel Gibson, who has had his own problems with the hooch.

Downey said, "Unless you are without sin…and if you are, you are in
the wrong effing industry…you should forgive him and let him work
again."

Downey went on, "I urge you to forgive his tresspasses, allow him to
pursue his art, without shame. When I couldn’t get sober, he told me
not to give up hope and encouraged me to find my faith. It didn’t have
to be his, or anyone else’s, as long as it was rooted in forgiveness. And
I couldn’t get hired, so he cast me in the lead of a movie that was
actually developed for him.

He kept a roof over my head and food on the table and most importantly,
he said if I accepted responsibility for my wrongdoing and embraced the
part of my soul that was ugly…"hugging the cactus," he calls it…he said
if I hugged the cactus long enough, I’d become a man."

Well said. Both of them.

Main Stream Media Get The Story Wrong Again

Posted: October 17th, 2011 | Author: Dr. Bill Stillwell | No Comments »

Over the past 10 days the MSM have been reporting, in story
after story, that vitamins can kill you. USA Today, TIME, MSNBC,
the LA Times, National Public Radio, and the Huffington Post; to
name a few, have all run headlines claiming that your vitamins can
kill you. (Or at least badly compromise your health.) The so-called
study the media used, turns out to have been seriously altered.

Oh…and this might be important…the study was funded by
drug company advertising…who probably had no financial interest
in getting this story out. But not one member of the elite press
bothered to mention this little tidbit, which might make anyone
with any common sense wonder just how real this "astonishing"
information was.

The study authors admit that they adjusted all the numbers for
age, educational level, place of residence, diabetes, high blood
pressure, body mass index, waist to hip ratio, hormone replacement
therapy, physical activity, smoking status, and intake of energy.

Gee, what’s left?

They came up with a formula "after the fact" to fit the adjusted
data. Then they massaged the data to "fit the curve" they wanted.

If that wasn’t bad enough, they changed the data a second time
to include all of the above…plus alcohol, satuated fatty acids, whole
grain products, fruits, and vegetables.

And then…just to gild the lily a little more…they wrapped all their
phony data in the language of statistical significance, "multivariable
adjusted models," and other technical jargon that they hoped would
sufficiently shroud the fact that what they did was fraud.

So relax, and stop worrying that the vitamin supplement you’re
taking is going to kill you. I’m going to go out on a limb here, and
predict: That you… will outlive the imbeciles who wrote this bad
7th grade science project, and the media elites who swallowed it
hook, line, and sinker.

And just think…this is where the Obamacare information comes
from…again unchecked by anybody who can add 2 and 2 together,
and come up with the correct answer.

What’s On Dr Bill’s Recommended List

Posted: October 14th, 2011 | Author: Dr. Bill Stillwell | No Comments »

One of the great things you can do to keep you brain
functioning like it’s 25, is to challenge it with good books.
You can play Soduku, if you like, but I prefer books. The
better half likes crossword puzzles, which are good too,
but I prefer some plot and characters with my challenge.

I just put down James Lee Burke’s "Feast Day of Fools,"
which is a remarkable tour de force, of what is nominally
a western. I first read one of Burke’s books over a dozen
years ago. It was called "The Last Get Back Boogie," and
was the first of the series of books he wrote about Detective
Dave Robicheaux, a down on his luck former New Orleans
cop, who was trying to do the right thing, and sometimes
it actually happened.

Robicheaux struggles with right and wrong, alcohol, women,
his best friend, a gaggle of really bad guys, the past, present
and future. In a nutshell, he’s a very complicated guy, who
happens to be instantly likable. There must be a dozen books
by now that feature Robicheaux, and they’re all worth reading.

Along the line, Burke created some other characters to center
his books around, and the one featured in "Feast Day Of Fools"
is Sheriff Hackberry Holland, who is past 75, and keeps one eye
out for Grim Reaper. Holland is a tough, disagreeable, old hombre,
who has walked long and hard on life’s different paths, and has
his own ideas about truth, justice and the American way.

But this book isn’t just a western. It’s a complete panaorama of
America, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I don’t agree with some
of Burke’s politics, but at least he makes intellectual arguments that
make your everyday liberal look like he needs decades more training.
This is a guy you could sit down and argue with for hours, and
not feel like you were debating a toad.

So put James Lee Burke on your shopping list. He must have
20 or more books published, and there really isn’t a stinker in
the whole bunch. As good as "Feast Day of Fools" is, and it’s
pretty damn good, I don’t think we have seen Burke’s best, yet.
This one raises the bar significantly, and it wouldn’t surprise me
if he jumps right over it.

And for a double brain whammy, combine your reading with my
Powerhouse Omega Formula. It helps you remember the big words.

Sometimes The Simplest Ingredients Are Unbelievable

How To Zombie Proof Yourself

Posted: October 12th, 2011 | Author: Dr. Bill Stillwell | No Comments »

Out in Omaha, Nebraska, about 3-4 miles from where the "Oracle
of Omaha" Warren Buffett lives, is a business that is doing something
a bit out of the ordinary, and the public is responding enthusiastically.

The business is called Westlake Ace Hardware and they are running
a promotion inside their nine area locations that draws people to their
"Zombie Preparedness Center." They are handing out "Zombie Prepared"
buttons and have posters, such as, "A Human’s Guide to Zombie
Preparedness," which offers tips on purchasing the right power tools,
cleaners and door locks to keep "zombies" at bay.

Facebook fans are eating up the promotion and they can gather virtual
tools for "zombie-proofing" a wall. People have responded, from as far away
as the Philippines.

The stores love the tone of the campaign, which is, "If we can help you
with your lawn and home, we can help you with the zombie apocalypse,"

The newest poster in the campaign is: "A Zombie’s Guide To Delaying
Your Decay," which is a promotion for using bolts and fasteners, to help
with broken bones, and a stain sealer for getting a good spray tan.

This is American ingenuity at work, and I applaud their effort, which
is paying off in both customer count and cash receipts. The ad
campaign was developed by the Bozell Agency in Omaha.

This is the type of out-of-the-box thinking that is necessary to get our
economy rolling again, not the same old, same old crap, proposed by
President Obama, which failed the first time around. It was also done
without any financial assistance from the government.

You can help delay your own decay, or, as I like to put it, attain better
health and longevity, right here:

Your Number One Source Of Calories Is A Stone Killer

Posted: October 10th, 2011 | Author: Dr. Bill Stillwell | No Comments »

It’s seldom that the Harvard Medical School and the New York
Times are right about any issue, and for both of them to be right
at the same time, when writing about an issue, means you need to
stand up and take notice. The Times and Harvard Medical school
are often in agreement; that’s not extraordinary. But most of the
time they are wrong, which is why you should treat this news seriously.

Now, since I’m not impressed by many Harvard grads, and I would use
the Times to line my birdcages (if I had any), I have been out front on this
issue, for a while. The fact that these two institutions have come around
to my point of view means we are making progress.

To quote the Times, "High fructose corn syrup is the primary source
of calories in the United States."

You need to give this some serious thought. I have been warning
about the dangers of sugar for years, but now this message is getting
through, in places where multitudes of people can be reached.

The links between refined sugar and cancer were examined in a
new study published in Therapeutic Targets. The results of the
study added further evidence that there is a direct connection
between the overconsumption of sugar and the development of
cancer.

The researchers highlighted the numerous ways in which fructose
directly contributes to cancer risk, and other health problems, including:

DNA damage

Inflammation

Altered cellular metabolism

Increased production of free radicals

That’s not to mention that sugar contributes directly to becoming
overweight, or obese, which comes with a laundry list of its own
problems.

Quoting the Times, once again:

"What is even more concerning is that scientists conducting
the research used pancreatic cancer cells, widely considered
to be the most deadly form of cancer. The discovery was
monumental because not only did the researchers prove that
tumor cells feed on sugar, but the tumor cells used fructose
for cell division in order to speed up the growth and spread of
cancer. Fructose consumption actually led to a massive  increase
in tumor cell growth and proliferation way beyond that of glucose."

The average American is now consuming 150 pounds of sugar
annually. Children that don’t weigh 100 pounds are consuming
more sugar than they weigh.

Experts believe sugar use should be capped at fifteen grams
per day. That’s less than half of what’s in a single 12 ounce can of
Coke.

Anyone trying to successly fight the battle of the bulge should
drastically reduce their sugar intake if they want to be a winner
in the long run. It’s an uphill fight, but you have to make the effort
to come out on top.

The good news is that some food companies have gotten the
message. I went shopping recently with a friend who is making
the necessary lifestyle changes to lose his substantial front load.
We found sugar free versions of many products he previously
used, without too much trouble. It does require a little extra effort,
but it’s well worth it. His blood pressure has already improved, after
just a few weeks.

I’m not advocating that you never have any sugar. It’s like malted
beverages. Once in a while won’t hurt. But you do have to make
a substantial cut.

And while all this is happening, I recommend my Powerhouse
Omega Formula and my Heart Charging Formula.

You can find both right here:

Have The Health Posse Been Wrong On Saturated Fat

Posted: October 9th, 2011 | Author: Dr. Bill Stillwell | No Comments »

Barely a day goes by without the anti-meat crowd
telling us that saturated fat is the root cause of all
evil. Even Alec Baldwin is willling to take time out
of his day to alert the rest of us to the dangers of
being a meateater. (He does this on his website,
so he doesn’t have to actually speak with a common
person.) Mayor Dumbberg is actually encouraging
Baldwin to move back to New York, to run for mayor.
Maybe the two of them can return Manhattan to the
pastoral wilderness it was 400 years ago.

There is an avalanche of new information about
saturated fat that could prove that all previous
dietary recommendations about the subject were
…wrong.

According to Dr. Ronald M. Krauss, a lipid specialist
and the Director of Atherosclerosis Research at
Children’sHospital Oakland Research Institute,
"Saturated fats may have an effect on cardiovascular
disease risk, but the effect is so small that we just
can’t detect it."

His opinion is backed up by hard science. He and his
colleagues recently analyzed 21 published studies,
involving almost 350,000 people, who were tracked from
five to twenty-three years.

Their conclusion: People who consumed the most
saturated fat…did NOT…have a higher risk of heart
disease, stroke, or any other form of CVD
 (cardiovascular disease).

The results were published last year, in the American
Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Before you go full cow, or whole hog, remember that
there are a number of factors involved in any diet.

What happened, over many years, is that saturated
fat became a "villain"…while scientists ignored diets
loaded with sugar, refined carbs and trans fats. The
food industry, ever helpful, designed thousands of foods
that replaced saturated fats with refined carbohydrates
and tons of sugar.

As it is turning out, these foods introduce much,
much higher risks for cardiovascular disease.

This something I’ve been talking about for years. I
must have written at least 50 columns warning about
the dangers of refined carbohydrates and sugar, in the
last two years alone.

To paraphrase James (Snakehead) Carville’s famous line,
("It’s the economy, stupid!"), I have always said, "It’s the
sugar, Bubba!"

So relax about the meat and I give you permission to openly
laugh at the anti-meat fools. Or, as my poolman would say,
"Daze jes’ wrong an datz dat."

http://www.favoriteformulas.com

I’ll be back tomorrow with more.

With my best wishes for your optimum health,

Dr. Bill
