I got a pretty big response from yesterday’s post about arthritis
and joint pain, so I’m going to offer you some more of my thoughts
on this subject. Arthritic disease includes 100 different conditions
and is the most common form of disability in the country, one that
afflicts about 30 million Americans.
It’s a disease that starts with minor aches and pains and eventually
leads to chronic pain, stiffness, swelling and limited range of
joint motion, usually in the knees, hips, spine, hands and feet.
My own first line of defense is to carry the formula I talked about
yesterday, Dr. Bill’s Joint Health Formula and also my Powerhouse
Omega Formula. I combine both of these, to get relief from the aches
and pains I suffered when I fell through the ceiling in my home,
years ago:
https://www.favoriteformulas.com/jointhealth?awt_l=GnZNU&awt_m=1kyZeLR0p2z2rW
As the native population (that’s us) has grown older and heavier,
the incidence of arthritis has shot upward, like a missile. That
means that 1 in 10 Americans suffers from some form of arthritis.
Obesity related arthritis is up almost 500% since the disco years
(the 70′s).
The financial toll of arthritis wouldn’t trouble Obama or Congress,
but it’s a whopping $128 billion a year. As Barry Goldwater used to
say, “A billion here, a billion there, pretty soon you’re talking
about real money.”
As I told you yesterday, many arthritis sufferers try to manage
their pain by using high doses of aspirin, or ibuprofen and other
OTC NSAID’s (over the counter non-steroidal anti-inflammatory
drugs). Who doesn’t have some of these in their medicine cabinet?
The main drawback of NSAID’s is that they can irritate the lining of
the stomach and they can and do cause gastrointestinal bleeding,
which is very difficult to manage and often life threatening. When
Celebrex was introduced (Celebrex is a COX-2 inhibitor, like a
“super aspirin”), it was thought that it would eliminate the G.I.
side effects of the NSAID’s. But studies have since revealed that it
has the same problem and, in addition, it can have serious
cardiovascular consequences.
Now, my new formula is certainly going to help your arthritis, and
so will the fish oil, but there are foods you can eat that will help
manage, or help lessen your pain, too.
Before I tell you that, let me tell you what Dr. Andrew Weil says,
because it’s good to have a fellow physician, of some renown, agree
with you.
Dr. Weil says that “refined, processed and manufactured foods can
intensify arthritic pain, because they contain high amounts of
inflammatory fats, carbohydrates and additives. Processed foods,
such as cookies, crackers and almost all snacks are prepared with
refined soybean oil, which is loaded with pro inflammatory omega 6
fatty acids.”
Thousands of these foods also contain high fructose corn syrup
(HFCS), which disrupts metabolism and stimulates the production of
inflammatory substances.
Here’s the “Boil it down for me Bubba” line: Ditch the junk food.
Now…about those foods that can help.
Chile peppers. The easiest way to do this is to add some hot sauce
to your diet.
Ginger. Ginger contains the enzyme zingibain, which is a powerful
anti-inflammatory. Ginger can be added to all kinds of recipes. It
also contains four COX-2 inhibitors (like Celebrex), but there are
no side effects.
Pomegranate. 8 ounces of the juice will save you the trouble of
playing with the fruit itself. It’s full of anti oxidants and anti
inflammatories.
Green Tea. Green Tea contains seven COX-2 inhibitors, including
catechin, which may slow cartilage breakdown. Try drinking five cups
a day (about 1 quart).
Turmeric. In India, where turmeric is used all the time in cooking,
it is also considered a medicine. The trinity of Indian cooking is
garlic, ginger and turmeric. Turmeric contains curcumin, a very
strong anti oxidant that protects against free radical damage. It
also reduces inflammation, by reducing histamine levels, and
possibly by stimulating the adrenal glands to produce more cortisol,
the body’s stress hormone and a natural painkiller.
Grapefruit, the herb oregano and pineapple can also be helpful.
https://www.favoriteformulas.com/jointhealth?awt_l=GnZNU&awt_m=1kyZeLR0p2z2rW
What’s that old saying? “May food be your medicine and medicine be
your food.” Aristotle…I’m pretty sure. He was on the money,
thousands of years ago.
I’ll be back tomorrow with more.

I stopped into a joint in a strip mall the other day, a very
ordinary place at first impression. What surprised me is that it
was full, and after a few minutes, I could see that it was very
busy. It also had a number of things on the menu, with which I was
unfamiliar, so I asked a woman, at a table next to me, for a
recommendation.
“Get the noodles,” she said.
“What do you call it?” I said.
“I can’t pronounce it,” she said, “so I just call it ‘the
noodles.’”
So to make a long story short, I ordered the noodles. What arrived
was this giant bowl of cabbage, onions, noodles and bacon, with a
little smidge of butter. I think there was also some smoked paprika,
black pepper and salt.
Now normally, I’m not a big fan of cabbage. I couldn’t even tell
you when I last ate it. But there it was, staring me in the face.
On the plus side, there was a lot of bacon in the bowl and the rule
is: “Everything goes better with bacon!” And there was pasta and
carmelized onions, which is all good. So I said, what the Hell and
I dove in.
Oh my God! This may be one of the best things I have ever eaten.
When I looked up, the lady at the table I had asked for a
recommendation was looking at me…and laughing. “I guess it’s
okay,” she said. It was more than okay…it was superb. I had
trouble believing that just a few simple ingredients could be this
good.
Before I left, the owner stopped at my table to ask me how my lunch
was. I told him that it was the best $5.95 I had spent in many a
year. Then, I asked him how he made the dish. I thought he would
turn me down but he sat down at the table and laid it out for me.
Here’s the recipe:
THE NOODLES
1 1/2 pounds green cabbage, quartered, cored, and cut crosswise
into 1/2 strips
8 ounces bacon diced into very small cubes
1 large onion cut in small dice
1 4 ounce stick butter
1 tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp smoked paprika
Salt
Black Pepper
1 pound wide egg noodles
Saute the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels. Pour off
the fat.
Add 1 Tbsp butter to the pan, and add the onions. Cook until the
onions soften, then add the sugar.
Cook for another minute or so, then add a little black pepper and
salt.
Add the rest of the butter to the pan, then add the cabbage, lower
the heat and cook the cabbage until wilted, about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling, salted water, until al
dente. Drain well and add to the cabbage.
Mix the cabbage, onions, and pasta well. Then add the bacon, smoked
paprika and salt and pepper, to taste.
You can also make this with cubed ham, left over from Thanksgiving,
as suggested by the owner.
I’m drooling about this, just thinking about it.
Now remember, this isn’t everyday food. But if you’ve lost 55 plus
pounds…like I have…it can be on the menu, once in while, without
hurting your food program. That’s something to look forward to.
Oh…by the way… that recipe serves 6, not 1 (Sorry).
And before I forget, I scrawled on the Men’s Room wall: “Washington
D.C. makes this joint look like a think tank.”
Anyway, believe it or not, studies have shown that fish oil is good
for dogs, especially dogs that are prone to problems with their back
legs. It also improves the quality of their coats.
As many of you know, I am now a cat person (though I’ve had many
dogs, in the past, too) and I have over a couple of dozen. Maybe I
should have a reality television show, “Dr. Bill, Plus 25.” Surely I
could be better than Jon and Kate did (a lot better). Right now, my
wife is loading her gun (just in case I was serious about having a
film crew traipsing around here).
Remember, the Powerhouse Omega Formula is great for you and for
Fido. (Woof woof!)

Today, when I was reading a national newspaper, there was a full
page ad touting yet another topical creme for arthritis. Naturally,
you just rub it on…and…presto…your arthritis and joint pain
just… disappears. If that were true, there would be millions of
happy, shiny people doing a jig.
But it’s not. Topical creams are a skin deep fix, which may provide
a touch of relief, but that’s pretty much the only bullet in that
gun. You fire it and soon you’re asking yourself, “What do I do
now?”
If you see a physician, he or she will offer you aspirin, or NSAID’s
(non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), such as ibuprofen or
naproxen. If those don’t work, you may step up to COX-2 inhibitors,
such as Celebrex. The standard NSAID’s and COX-2 inhibitors provide
short term relief from inflammation and pain, but in my opinion they
may do more harm than good.
In the long run, they can actually worsen arthritis, and chronic
joint pain, by inhibiting cartilage formation and accelerating
cartilage destruction. They can also wreak cardiovascular harm.
Other side effects include gastrointestinal complications (very
common), immune system depression and kidney problems. In addition,
they can also leach important vitamins and minerals from your body.
(This is the same result as statin drugs reducing CoQ10 in your
system, which you have to replace, or face some dire music.)
Since my own accident years ago, I am no stranger to pain. My
discovery that fish oil helped alleviate some of that pain was what
got me started in this business. While that works for most people,
others need fish oil plus… something else. I went to work and
found a formula that can actually rejuvenate joints.
The special ingedients in Dr. Bill’s Joint Health Formula, help to
restore your cartilage, from the inside out:
https://www.favoriteformulas.com/jointhealth?awt_l=GnZNU&awt_m=1l5DrlMOp2z2rW
The first six ingredients, (glucosamine, chondroitin, methyl
sulfonylmethane, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and manganese), had all
been individually used previously, to treat arthritis. While the
results were good, it was the discovery of combining those six
ingredients with a seventh (green lipped mussel extract) that made
good exceptional. Adding this ingredient meant people would
experience a substantial reduction in pain.
The first six ingredients help to rebuild and rejuvenate your
joints. The seventh reduces inflammation and pain. All of them are
contained in an easily digestible capsule and I recommend that you
take two caps, twice a day.
Stop living with pain and reduced mobility and get your joints back
in order.
I’ll be back tomorrow with more.

Cholesterol…it’s good…it’s bad…it’s ugly and we know Clint
Eastwood doesn’t have the problem, since he’s eighty something, or
other. We have heard almost everything there is to say about
cholesterol in the last twenty years. It almost always ends with
“Your triglycerides need to be lower and don’t eat any fat.”
Neither one is necessarily true. You don’t have to have a
cholesterol score less than 100 to function properly and fat can be
a good thing. But the heart industry likes to paint with a very
broad brush, even though they have to know that some of the things
they recommend are silly (like the AHA Diet).
“So Doc,” you’re saying, “just what in the blazes are triglycerides
anyway?”
Good question and one that physicians rarely answer. Now I could
astound you with all the chemical explanations that I still remember
from med school, but that would have you snoring, right quickly.
I prefer the “Break it down for me, Bubba!” approach that Carroll
O’Connor (Archie Bunker) used on that old show, “In The Heat of The
Night.”
Simply put, triglycerides are a form of fat found in your blood.
They get in your blood from what you chow down on. They are formed
in the body from the foods you eat. This all takes place while you
sit on the couch, or take a nap (while your body is digesting the
grub).
So now you’re saying, “Doc, how do you get a level of triglycerides
that is too high?”
1) From the food you’re eating.
2) From being overweight.
3) From drinking too many malt beverages (alcohol).
4) Various other health conditions.
The problem with a high triglyceride level is that it can lead to
clogged arteries and it can also cause your good cholesterol to get
lower. Both of these things lead to coronary artery disease, which
is never a good thing. High triglycerides are also a factor in
diabetes, thyroid and kidney disease.
Whaddya gonna do?
1) Change your diet
2) Exercise a lot more
3) Ease up on the malt beverages
4) Reduce the poundage
5) Increase your intake of omega-3 fatty acids (Dr. Bill’s
Powerhouse Omega Formula)
https://www.favoriteformulas.com?awt_l=GnZNU&awt_m=1jZ8Xn3JG2z2rW
If you follow this advice, you’ll be far less likely to have to get
your chest split open with a saw and have all your plumbing redone.
While this procedure undoubtably saves many, many lives, you really
don’t want to go there… unless it’s absolutely necessary. Take it
from one of my partners, whose quadruple bypass anniversary will be
two years, next week, who says, “It still hurts when I sneeze.”
Personally, I take the Cholesterol Crushing Combo, which is my
pharmaceutical grade fish oil, along with Garlic and Niacin. This
combo puts a triple whammy on any fat that wants to hang around in
my bloodstream and flushes it it out prontissimo, with thanks to
Jake for the word.

Last night, I was reading some information in an article about fish
oil and although it wasn’t as bad as the New York Times article,
that has been reprinted like gospel on thousands of websites, it was
still full of factual errors.
This particular article stressed that your fish oil should have
substantially more DHA than EPA, because…as everyone knows, at
least according to the writer, DHA is much more important as a fatty
acid than EPA. Now my Powerhouse Omega Formula does have more DHA
than EPA (450 mg to 330 milligrams) but the writer doesn’t identify
what “substantial” means. Does it mean that the 27% more in my
formula is substantial? Does he mean the difference should be
higher, or is that enough to qualify my formula, by his theory?
He then makes the claim that only the waters off the southern coast
of New Zealand have an unpolluted and sustainable source for fish
oil. That simply isn’t true, but I’m sure it makes the New Zealand
Fish Industry happy. (Others make the claim that only a 200 mile
stretch of Peruvian water is unpolluted.) The whole sustainability
argument is fraudulent, unless you are using big fish to make your
oil, in which case it’s probably true.
Many companies don’t care a hoot about what fish they use to make
fish oil, or what the quality level of that fish oil is. You can buy
that kind of oil on any big box store shelf, almost anywhere, and
it’s cheap. It costs virtually nothing to make and sells anywhere
from $7 to $20. This is the kind of stuff that so many people have
had a bad experience with.
But what got me really steamed was his claim about enteric coating.
He said that enteric coatings were devised to hide low quality and
rancid oil. He attributes fish burps to poor handling and says
that’s why you get “repeats.”
No.
You get “repeats” (fish burps) from poor quality fish oil. The
enteric coating was developed to ensure that my high quality fish
oil did not get oxidized from exposure to air and so it could travel
through the stomach to the small intestine before dissolving, where
it could not “repeat.” (And our customers agree, many of whom have
had the prior bad experience.)
The final sin was that he recommended a product that wasn’t even
pharmaceutical grade, which means it didn’t go through molecular
distillation, which is how you rid fish oil of pollutants and
toxins. (Which, by the way, are present everywhere, even in a
supposedly pristine environment.)
So enough of this guy, the New York Times and other dunderheads. If
you want an honest to goodness ultra pure, pharmaceutical grade fish
oil that can benefit you six ways from Sunday, you can get it here.
(With the correct amount of DHA/EPA and the enteric coating.)

I have a folder full of questions about Falstaff again, or what you
might call questions about how to get the arrow to the quiver.
Falstaff is what you have if your arrow is no longer straight and
true, which is an increasingly common occurrence, after you pass 40
years of age.
Failure to be able control your steed is more common today than in
the past, for any number of reasons, but first and foremost is not
taking care of your health. There is an unassailable connection
between poor health and your erection. Now…maybe some physicians
aren’t going to be this blunt, but I am.
Here’s an easy way to tell your health is headed in the wrong
direction. Think back to when you were 21 years of age. Remember
what your pants size was then and what you weighed. Now…think
about what your pants size is now…and what you weigh.
I just went through this little exercise with a friend of mine and
nothing brought it home better than that. When he married, at age
22, his pants size was 31 and he weighed 159. Today, he wears a size
40 pants and weighs in at about 230. He tried to tell me he was in
good shape, for about half an hour, and then gave up when he saw I
wasn’t buying it.
He’s on two meds for high blood pressure, he’s taking a statin and
he’s pre-diabetic, for which he he’s getting medication. He has a
high stress job, he’s drinks a bit too much and he suffers from
constipation and stomach acid. Now, he’s not having sex either,
because when you start going downhill, all your organs like to
follow suit.
The answer to 90% of cases like this is to get rid of the flab. That
will certainly improve his blood pressure and get him off those
meds, which are not performance enhancers. Changing his diet to
proteins, fruits and vegetables, will drop his cholesterol and
likely make that statin unnecessary, too. I’m almost certain that if
he got back to 160 pounds, his diabetes would disappear and diabetes
medications are at the top of the list for what causes dickensian
droopiness.
In addition to losing the spare tire, I recommended he learn how to
do some deep breathing. You can google for information on this and
there are many CD’s/DVD’s out there that will show you how to get
more oxygen into your system, just by learning how to breathe
correctly. Many people who considered this very funny, when I first
recommended it to them, have had a serious attitude readjustment,
after actually giving it a try.
The other suggestion I have is to give my MegaRex formula a try. I
designed this formula to give you a boost when you might need it,
but I want to tell you up front that it won’t change water into
wine. You can’t just continue to ignore your health and put all your
marbles on the formula, hoping for the solution that will eliminate
all of your problems, with a magic bullet.
https://www.favoriteformulas.com/enhancement?awt_l=GnZNU&awt_m=1bubYyIpIYz2rW
Everything is connected and that includes your Johnson. If your
heart is having a problem (like high blood pressure), it affects
your Johnson. If you drink too much and put a strain on your liver
and kidneys, it affects your Johnson. Diabetes affects your Johnson.
None of your organs function in a vacuum, separate from the others.
MegaRex is not a drug like Viagra, or cialis. (Is it just me, or is
the list of side effects growing longer and longer on the television
commercial?) Those drugs, by the way, only work on 50% of men. They
don’t work for the very same reasons I have listed above and because
you are now adding yet another drug to the mix of things you are
already taking, which is never a good thing, no matter what anyone
tells you.
The most positive step you can take is to get yourself in better
physical condition, through diet, exercise, better breathing and
then…a little boost from something that has no significant side
effects.
I’ll be back tomorrow with more.
With my best wishes for your optimum health,
Dr. Bill

While President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Senate Majority
Leader Harry Reid and Speaker Nancy Pelosi are jetting about the
country, raising money for the fall election and touting the
“Recovery Summer,” you should be paying attention to the state of
California, which is teetering on brink of a total financial
meltdown.
California Democrats, who have controlled the statehouse for nearly
half a century, are in total denial about how bad the situation
really is. Arnold the Barbarian is fast becoming the Mouse that
Roared and spending his days in Sacramento, planning his movie
comeback. Arnold promised big things years ago, but when the
sledding got rough, he crumbled like a Keebler cookie and took his
marching orders from his wife, which were to talk like a Republican,
while advancing the Democratic agenda.
To give you an idea of what happens when unions take control of a
state, listen to this.
California pensions are set with a formula that takes into account
age, years of service and final year’s pay. Police and firefighters
(and I’m not picking on them), earn 3% pay, for every year served.
So an officer with a 25 year career would be entitled to 75% of his
or her pay, for life.
But…many municipalities allow retirees to tack extra pay
categories onto their final year’s salary, pushing the pension
higher and abuses abound all over the State.
In Contra Costa County, for instance, a retired fire chief, earning
$233,000 a year, was able to draw a pension of $284,000 a year, by
tacking on unused leave benefits to his final year’s pay.
This is called “pension spiking” and it is supported by all of the
unions in California. There is an effort underway to reform the
system (which is unsustainable), but it is being fought, tooth and
nail, by the unions. Arnold says he is for reform, but he’ll have to
check with his wife. Right now there is zero chance that there will
be any pension reform in California, which is headed for bankruptcy.
Arnold has been pleading with Obama for $50 billion dollars, but it
isn’t coming anytime soon. $50 billion is a lot of money, but the
reality is that it would keep California afloat for only one year.
New York is only a shade behind California, the only difference
being that the weather is better in California. Fifteen other states
have serious financial problems and they’re getting worse.
What do they have in common? They are all controlled by Democrats.
Somewhere along the line, Democrats got the idea that all the
peoples’ money belonged to them. Then recently, they got Republicans
to agree. The Tea Party served as a wake up call to the Republicans,
but Obama and company still haven’t gotten the message. But not to
worry, Barack and Michelle are headed to Martha’s Vineyard, for ten
days of rest and relaxation. This will be vacation number nine this
year for Michelle, the most relaxed First Lady in history. (Makes
you wonder what they cut back on?)
Just remember, when Obama says he supports the working man, he
doesn’t mean you, or me. He means he supports the unions, who are
now fleecing the public in a way that Jimmy Hoffa never even
imagined. I can just hear him, “…and all this stuff they convicted
me of…now, it’s all legal!”
Whenever I hear Democrats talk about money, I always remember what
some witty scalawag said many years ago. “John D. Rockefeller had a
shipload of money, more than most of us can imagine. Now, thanks to
sound financial planning, he’s dead.”
Spend it while you still can!

Now you might think I’m talking about the (Honorable) Barney Frank,
a congressional representative and scourge from our liberal
neighbors from Taxachusetts, about 4 hours north and 180 degrees
left of where I reside presently. I’ve taken the pint-sized
cockatiel crook to task before, so I’m not going to waste a column
on him today, much as I would like to. Except to say that if his
lips are moving, he’s telling a lie, and probably a real big one.
The fruit or vegetable debate comes from a trip to the grocery
store, where I spotted cases of beefsteak tomatoes, one of my
favorite foods.
https://www.favoriteformulas.com?awt_l=GnZNU&awt_m=1paJ1Oqlf2z2rW
My love of beefsteak tomatoes started when I was a kid. My mother
introduced me to what we kids called a “Mato Sammich” which
consisted of white bread, mayonnaise, and big slices of beefsteak
tomato. We could polish off plates of these in no time flat, and
when times were good, we could have a BLT, which in those days was
living it up. Either way, I still love those tomatoes.
Today, I try and find a better bread than Wonder to go with the
sandwich, but if I was pressed I would revert quickly to the old
way.
The reason I’m writing about tomatoes is that they are a superfood,
just like some of the others I’ve written about before (like
pumpkin, spinach, walnuts, etc.).
Tomatoes contain: Lycopene, Vitamin C, alpha and beta carotene,
Lutein, Potassium, B Vitamins, Chromium, Biotin, and Fiber.
Lycopene is the most important nutrient found in tomatoes, and it’s
found in very few foods (like watermelon, pink grapefruit, red
papaya, and persimmons).
Most Americans get their lycopene from three sources: ketchup,
tomato juice, and pizza sauce.
One of the very important qualities of lycopene is that it is a very
important part of the body’s defenses against skin cancer. By eating
tomatoes in the cooked state, you help create a natural sun
protection factor (SPF).
Lycopene also helps to prevent many cancers, including lung,
stomach, and prostate. In addition, it’s a powerful risk reducer for
cardiovascular disease.
Now…although I told you that I love tomato sandwiches, you get the
highest benefit from cooked tomatoes. Cooking the tomato gives you
eight times the benefit of raw tomatoes, and with the popularity of
pasta, you shouldn’t have a problem getting the lycopene you need.
If you don’t want pasta sauce, you can broil, or roast the tomatoes,
to get the same benefit. And pizza sauce actually counts. Another
way, gaining in popularity, is salsa.
The way to maximize the benefit of the tomatoes is to add a little
olive oil. Studies have shown that this accelerates the dispersion
of the nutrients. And to my thinking, it adds another flavor, too.
When you combine all these superfoods with my Powerhouse Omega
Formula, you get a great synergistic effect for your health. Of
course, you have to ease up on the crapola I’ve been talking about,
too (like high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, et al), not to
mention regular sugar, of which we all consume way too much.
Remember, less than a century ago, our grandparents consumed only 3
to 4 pounds of sugar a year. Now, we each consume 160 pounds a year!
Is it any wonder the waiting rooms at doctors’ offices all over the
country are full?

Dr. Peter Orkin, of The New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell
Medical Center (phew!), says that an elevated resting heart rate,
developing or persisting over years, is worrisome. It signifies that
the patient needs further evaluation to determine the cause.
The study, published in the European Heart Journal, finds that those
with a higher heart rate, over time, had a 55% greater risk of
cardiovascular death and a 79% greater risk of death, from all
causes.
“It is easy and inexpensive to determine heart rate and in fact, is
done routinely in a doctor’s office,” said Dr. Orkin, the leading
investigator in the study. (You can also monitor your heart rate at
home, or anywhere, for that matter, for less than $100.) Dr. Orkin
suggests that physicians need to track this information over a
number of years, not just consider single readings.
A healthy heart rate is between 60 and 80 beats per minute.
Another way you can help yourself to get an acceptable reading is by
taking my Powerhouse Omega Formula, an ultra pure, enteric coated,
pharmaceutical grade fish oil. The regular consumption of fish oil
reduces the resting heart rate and it has a bundle of other cardio
protective qualities, as well:
https://www.favoriteformulas.com?awt_l=GnZNU&awt_m=1aRt2_VUMYz2rW
This information is based on studies of the resting heart rate. When
you exercise, your heart rate can be much higher, depending on what
you are doing. This is perfectly normal and no doctor need be
involved.
If your resting heart rate is consistently above 80, you probably
need to see a physician, because this is an indication that
something is amiss. Persistently high heart rate, along with
persistently high blood pressure, needs to be evaluated and treated

If you put five doctors in a room and ask for an opinion, you’ll end
up with at least ten and possibly more. If you put lawyers in the
room the opinions would expand exponentially and if it was
government bureaucrats, you wouldn’t get any opinion at all, because
they only carry out orders.
But there is one thing doctors can agree on and that is that
inflammation causes disease. Not one disease in particular, but all
diseases.
One of the most deadly forms of inflammation is called silent
inflammation. It’s called that because you may never know that it is
occuring, until it hits you like a hammer.
Silent inflammation starts at a molecular level, when your body is
off balance. It could be due to poor diet, or lack of exercise.
That’s the most common thing, but it can be due to almost anything,
including breathing bad air, such as in Los Angeles.
Being around, or working with toxic materials, can also throw off
your body’s balance. I had a friend who was a painter (as in artist)
and he had to stop painting, because he was being adversely affected
by paint fumes. He is now a sculptor, working with wood, which
doesn’t affect him at all.
Toxins can affect your cells, which can lead to many types of
cancer, high blood pressure, heart stress and many other forms of
disease.
The good news is that there is a natural remedy that can help
reverse inflammation and its effects.
It’s called fish oil, and you can get it right here.

My Powerhouse Omega Formula is one of the strongest and safest
pharmaceutical grade fish oil formulas ever developed. It is a true
inflammation fighter and can have a profound effect on blood
pressure, overall cholesterol numbers and even many forms of cancer.
Not to mention its benefits for your eyes, skin, brain and myriad
other body parts.
Remember, just because you think a little ache and pain is nothing,
doesn’t mean that that’s the case. Your body gives off warning
signals, to get you to pay attention. In the beginning, they can be
very small, like a slight ache, or a mild twinge. Pay attention,
because the big signals are unmistakable (like a heart attack).
Put a proven fighter in your corner today.
